To keep the membership affordable, orders are mailed out using untracked postage. In the rare case of lost mail, please reach out to us at itsnewyearsday23@gmail.com and we will provide proof of mailing for you to launch a report at your local post office. 

All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Simply click the link provided in any of your subscription emails, or log into your account on our website to manage your subscription settings.

_{Please note: If you wish to cancel and receive a refund for the current month, you must do so before the 20th. Cancellations made on or after the 20th will not be eligible for a refund for that month.}

All stickers are shipped between the 21st–27th of each month

- Local (Singapore) shipping: up to 1 week
- International shipping: 2–6 weeks
